ITAR Compliance

Moore Tactical LLC is bound by the requirements of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as such all persons attending firearms training sessions must be compliant with these regulations. One of the documents listed below must be provided when arriving for a firearms related course. Failure to provide required documentation will result in removal from the course without a refund. (Note these regulations do not apply to non firearms related courses such as CPR/First Aid)

• Birth Certificate AND Valid Driver's License/State ID Card
• Military ID
• US Passport or Passport Card
• Naturalization Certificate - N-550
• Permanent Residence Card - I-551
• Protected Persons Card
• Consular Report of a Birth Abroad
• Certificate of Citizenship - N-560

Privacy Policy

Moore Tactical LLC takes privacy very seriously and will abide by the privacy policy listed below.

• Moore Tactical LLC will not keep any record of the documents listed above. Students must merely show the documents to prove compliance. 
• Moore Tactical LLC will keep record of all students as required for compliance with state, federal, local, and NRA regulations. These records will be kept the required length of time by law and NRA regulations to include in perpetuity if required.
• Moore Tactical LLC may at their discretion record training sessions via photos, videos, live stream or any other media deemed appropriate. These recordings may be used on social media, websites, blogs, videos, or advertisements. Students faces or other identifying features may be featured in these recordings. However, Moore Tactical LLC will never provide names, addresses, or other personal information of students in conjunction with these recordings without the express written consent of the student.
• Moore Tactical LLC will not disclose any student information to any entity with the following being the only exceptions
  • Student information will be provided to state, federal, and local governments as required for the student to receive their certifications as part of completion of the class. Only the minimum amount of information required will be provided.
  • Student information will be provided to the National Rifle Association as required to show proof of course completion and to receive student certificates of completion. Only the minimum amount of information required will be provided.
  • Student information will only be provided to other entities not listed above IF a valid warrant or other document certified by a Judge is produced and verified. In such case only the information covered by the warrant/court document will be provided.
