- The instructors at Moore Tactical llc are not attorneys and do not represent themselves as attorneys. All information regarding state laws and self defense laws are based on the instructors research and understanding of said laws. Moore Tactical LLC and its instructors recommend that all students review the laws themselves and contact an attorney that specializes in firearms and self defense laws with any questions. Moore Tactical LLC and its instructors cannot be held liable for misinformation given during the course based on the instructors understanding of the laws.
- It is understood by all students who enroll in courses with Moore Tactical LLC that the completion of any course is not a guarantee a student will be given a license to carry in each state he/she applies. The laws for each state are different and it is ultimately up to the state if they will grant a permit or not. Moore Tactical LLC nor its instructors are labile for any issues the student has with being granted a license to carry in a particular state.
- Each student understands that participating in a course related to firearms is inherently dangerous and could cause severe injury, severe illness, or death. Each student also understands that despite any topics covered in the courses it is incumbent on the student to continue to train and study gun safety, proper usage, and laws. Each student understands that any accidents, injuries, or death to the student or anyone else by the students actions during the course after the completion of the course are the sole responsibility of the student or other involved party and agree that Moore Tactical LLC and it's instructors are not liable for any such action, incident, injury, illness or death. Each student will be presented with a liability waiver prior to the class starting and it is incumbent on the student to review the waiver prior to signing as it affects their legal rights and rights to sue. Failure to read and understand the waiver does not constitute grounds to nullify the waiver once signed. If the student elects not to sign the waiver they will be removed from the class immediately and NO REFUND will be given.
